How can we book a property?

You can book by sending an email from the property page of the property you are interested in filling in the required fields. We will send you a reply within 24 hours or give you a call to answer any possible questions you might have. We then wait for your email with a confirmation and you can pay a part of the rental. Once we receive the required deposit, the house or apartment is booked for you.

How much do we pay upon booking a property?

You pay 30% of the rental for booking to reserve any property in advance. If the date of arrival is less than 70 days (10 weeks) the entire rental amount will be required.

What does the holiday price include?

  • Accommodation as specified
  • Maid service two days a week, excluding public holidays (unless stated).
  • All linen except beach towels
  • Twice weekly linen change
  • Welcome food holiday pack
  • A holiday guidebook and map
  • The price excludes:
  • Flights, Transfers from/to the airport and to/from your villa. Travel/holiday insurance
  • Hire cars.
  • The prices are based on a villa basis.

What payment options are available?

You can pay by the following options:

  • Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Western Union Transfer
  • Bank Remittance

How do we know when a property has officially been booked for us?

A property has been booked the moment the agreed down payment has been received. The moment we confirm receipt, we write you an email to confirm.

Can we occupy the accommodation before 4pm on the day of arrival?

The official time for entry to your accommodation is 4pm. If you arrive before 4pm, it may be possible to use the outside facilities. You will not be able to gain access to the accommodation until it has been cleaned. Please remember that previous guests will still be in residence before 10am so no entry to the accommodation or its outside facilities will be allowed before that time.

Can we vacate the accommodation later than the confirmed time of 10am?

This is not possible, as the accommodation will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. Your representative may be able to advise if local chargeable facilities are available for you to use.

Where will I collect the keys to my accommodation?

Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents. Collection points do vary depending on the destination and the accommodation you are travelling to.

Are transfers provided?

Transfers are not included in the cost of our holidays. However certain destinations can provide this service at an additional cost. Transfers are either by taxi or minibus. Transfers should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
